All cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the balance of the service that was booked. No show appointments will also be charged the balance of the service that was booked. Those with 3 or more last minute cancellations on their record within one year may be required to prepay upon booking. Those with 3 no shows on record will no longer be serviced by our company. We value and respect your time and ask that you do the same for us as well.
